Comprehensive Multifamily Housing Signage Program

Century Sign Builders provided design development, fabrication, and installation support for a comprehensive signage and wayfinding program at The Senary by Allaso, a multifamily housing community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The project included exterior monument signs, property identification signage, directory maps, building identification, ADA-compliant room signage, parking and garage identification, EV charging signs, fire and life safety signage, regulatory signs, leasing office graphics, and community rule signage. The sign system was designed to strengthen property branding while improving navigation, code compliance, and resident experience throughout the development.
