Luminaria Senior Community

Century Sign Builders developed a comprehensive signage program for Luminaria Senior Community, located along historic Route 66 in Albuquerque. Working closely with the architect, CSB helped bring their vision for the custom pylon sign to life, developing a buildable design that captures the character and nostalgia of the corridor. The pylon’s dimensional lettering was designed to evoke the look and feel of classic neon signage, reinforcing the project’s mid-century aesthetic. The overall program also included exterior dimensional lettering, ADA room and unit identification, office signage, and interior directional signage.
