Experience
Any experience that would demonstrate the ability to schedule, coordinate, negotiate, follow-up, and organize would be desirable.
About the Role- Daily contributions and responsibilities:
- Learn what projects the PM is dealing with and where they are in the process.
- Assist with the project estimating process by securing vendor/material cost and calculating labor, then estimating a price in order to meet a certain Gross Profit goal.
- Read daily emails written to the Project Manager. From there, reacting and scheduling what needs to happen next to meet the request and create a fan club.
- Save important emails/meeting notes to the shared folder system
- Schedule and assign tasks from beginning to end of each Project, including those that are your responsibility (using monday.com and MS Office 365).
- If time allows and as directed by the PM, assist with:
- Order materials and schedule other subcontractors that are needed for the project
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare install and production documentation
- Prepare and submit Permits
- Track, assign and communicate various deadlines
- Quality check production files and estimates
- Daily assess projects and tasks, reprioritize schedules if necessary
- Conduct on-site observation of projects
- Provide all documentation needed to successfully close-out a project and prepare Pay Applications
