- You like to do your research, establish priorities, and highlight what is important
- You uncomplicate systems, create shortcuts when it makes sense and cut through bureaucracy
- You are adaptable and can deal with ambiguity, make a plan, mitigate risk and move forward, deciding how to proceed without having the total picture
- You are good at documenting your decision process so that others can pick up where you left off
- You like a challenge and are deadline driven
- You are a pro at problem-solving and can generate possibilities and options that will work
- You can quickly assess what looks “wrong” or doesn’t make sense
- You can visualize solutions and sketch out your ideas
- You are creative and resourceful
- You are great at articulating questions, options, and the detail in your estimates
- You like building relationships
- You are goal and deadline driven
You need to possess these basic requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in the signage, design, or construction industry
- Read and understand plans/blueprints and specifications
- Mid to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency using Bluebeam Revu or other estimating software
