Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe
A Luxury Hospitality Signage Program Rooted in the New Mexico Landscape
Century Sign Builders designed, fabricated, and installed a comprehensive hospitality wayfinding and signage program for what is now known as Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Spanning a 57-acre property with 65 luxury casita-style accommodations, a 10,000-square-foot spa, and more than 13,000 square feet of event space, the project required a cohesive signage system that blended seamlessly with the resort's distinctive Southwestern architecture and landscape.
The signage program included ADA-compliant room identification signs, building identification signage, exterior directional wayfinding, spa and wellness signage, pool safety and rules signage, villa identification, monument signage, and guest amenity signage. Custom corten steel elements were used extensively throughout the project to create an authentic handcrafted appearance that reflected the resort's natural materials palette and artisan-inspired design aesthetic. Rather than relying on highly polished hospitality signage, the design team developed a signage family that embraced weathered steel, natural finishes, and refined typography to complement the property's luxury yet understated character. Interior signage incorporated corten-inspired accents while exterior wayfinding and identification signs were designed to integrate naturally into the surrounding high-desert environment. The result is a unified wayfinding experience that enhances guest navigation while reinforcing the unique sense of place that defines Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe.
