The Neighborhood Rio Rancho

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is a large senior living and healthcare community located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The multi-phase project was designed to include approximately 450,000 square feet, with 225 independent living units, 78 assisted living units, 24 memory care units, and 48 nursing beds.

Century Sign Builders provided a coordinated interior signage and wayfinding package for the community, supporting Independent Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, Memory Care, Nursing Care, resident apartments, dining rooms, therapy areas, nurse stations, chapel, library, fitness center, bistro, elevators, restrooms, and stairwells. The project used the Diversity Sign System, an updatable curved aluminum sign system with printed inserts, clear lenses, tactile copy, and Grade II Braille for ADA-compliant room identification and directional signage.
